Well, if the Mob Figgaz had all been able to stay together as a group after their debut in '99 (C-BO PRESENTS THE MOB FIGGAZ), it would be a toss-up. But since they've been basically scattered from each other except for the guest appearances they do on each other's solo CDs, I'd say Done Deal would win today--they've stayed together as a unit for a longer period of time (basically from 2000 on) and have thus been able to grow together in lyrical improvement, whereas it might be harder for the Mob Figgaz, since there haven't been that many opportunties for all of them to record in the same studio at once (i.e. Hustlah and Jacka both guested on Rydah's FLY GANGSTA CD, but only on selected cuts, etc., whereas Fully Loaded's dropped two CDs, two mixtape CDs together, and were able to feature Quinn, Willie Hen, and now Ya Boy and Authentic on a fairly regular basis).
PEACE!
