Mob figaz pittsburg rumor?

When I was younger and lived in pittsburg I heard a rumor that the mob figaz owned that big house on the hill overlooking the city, you can see it best from buchanan road, I live in tampa now but I just remembered hearing that and I never knew if it was truth
