Once again Pittsburgh showed why they are The Champions!!!
this pretty much sums it up right here. They have a savage d, and when something needs to happen Ben is there.
Denvers o line is hurting and it has shown past 2 weeks against super pshyical teams. They get redskins which should be a a win, and still have oakland 1 time, sd at home and cheifs twice......with those 5 games sshould come 4 wins, thats still no worse than 10-6, thats playoffs!
I'm not concerned at all. Lets see we lost 2 in games in a row to 2 of the best teams in football. and did all that with a hurt o line, a running game that has disappeard faster then a dick in a paris hilton video, and a defense that has slowed in 2nd half both times.
Sure, Orton had some bad throws but the pick 6 was not on orton at all. First off the qb throws to a spot, moreno was bumoped by the lb which took him 2 yards off route and then the ref did move so moreno ran into him, both slowed him down otherwise he would have been where he was supposed to be, the other 2 throws were on orton, but yo uknow what....only 2 legit ints in 8 games, ANY of yo uguys would take that from your qb's, so again im not worried.
What esco said is also ringing true....Teams are forcing the Broncos to go deep and they aren't/can't. I say they arent because they haven't tried, I say they can't because Orton has NO time to throw the ball the past 2 weeks. The defense has been in his face after a 3 step drop, no way he has time for 5 steps and set and throw.
Does it suck to lose 2 in a row yes...but you know what? In preseason if yo uwould have said hey scary Broncos are going to be 6-2, I would have taken that in a heartbeat, because 6-2 in the hardest part of the schedule is very nice. Every team on our remaingin schedule has issues and no d nearly as good as baltimore or pitt...am I saying we will go 8-0 of course not but 6-2 is not far fetched, but a more realistic 4-4 5-3 still wins division I believe!
