i cant say i agree or disagee with this cause honestly i dont follow the mets too closely. the only thing i can say is if statistically someone is having a better season at the same position, than that person should go.

Also u have to factor in Wright is a Gold Glove and best defensive 3rd basemen in the NL and he plays for a winning ball club while Zimmerman plays for scrubs!! I dont like the fact that every team has to be represented, cause hella cats that deserve to go get left off to allow cats from booboo teams to go!! Got Em!!

Well we have our opinion!! Wright is the best defensive 3rd base in my opinion and obviosuly in alot of others but its good!! And the voters decide the starters!! I was just stating we will have atleast 4 allstars is all!! Johan should be the starting pitcher also!! Got Em!!

The players get to vote some in at the end too. There are so many players involved and everyone gets to play, no one is really left out of the all star game. Sure you might have someone who is having a good rookie year or another sleeper somewhere else, but for the most part they do a pretty good job getting good players in.

To play for home field advantage is the worst thing they have done to baseball in a while. Hopefully that will be reversed one day. Probably not though.
