On a recent visit to New York Mistah F.A.B. sits down with Carl Chery from XXL and discusses whats going on in Oakland.

Mistah F.A.B. Speaks On Oscar Grant Protests:
”We Gon’ Keep Going Until Something Is Going Right”

Oakland is still grieving the loss of Oscar Grant, the unarmed black man who was killed by BART police officer Johannes Mehserle on videotape this past New Year’s Eve.

Initially fleeing the state, Mehserle was later captured in Nevada and has since been charged with murder. He plead not guilty and is presently being held without bail. The citizens of Oakland, including Bay Area staple Mistah F.A.B., are hoping history doesn’t repeat itself and will accept nothing less than a conviction. XXLMag.com recently caught up with the MC to get insight into Oakland’s current state of mind.
