Dubb 20 is dope. Locksmith is dope. I think FAB is a good rapper, that had (possibly still has) a succesful career in front of him if he can put out more material, which would include a solo full length album. He is awesome in a rap battle, and proved he can at least write and put out decent if not great songs.

I will say, IMO, he comes off as apathetic if not lazy. I say that not knowing him or how hard he is actually working, I believe DJ PIMP when he says he is in fact working. But to me as a general/casual fan of FAB, when we hear about mixtape after mixtape, then not much, then gimmicky song then gimmicky song, then not much...and along with the hype of being the "freestyle king" then we see not much really coming of it, its disappointing to say the least. Its just when I hear this, and this, and this about the freestyle king, then no album, then dudes sittin at the warrior game...I would just expect moore. My 2 cents.

Ont he real thr Jacka is one of my favorite rappers, but lock would fuckin murder him in a battle...Jacka isnt a battle rapper...And check out locks new shit iamlock.com he has an album coming out this year sometime..and we all know that lock was better than that week ass rainman dude but honestly I dont think Lock will ever sell a ton of records or blow up...a lot of people dont dig his shit, but i do...he isnt a conscious rapper but he isnt hella hood-ignorant like gucci his shit makes u think like a mother fucker and it be crackin me up to. But I know a lot of people dont like to use thier brains when listening to music...they just wanna hear "ole doooa ole dooooa"

I can't believe some of the people in this thread lol. I never knew/heard fab say he was hard. I am a fan of music and could care less about what these rappers do in their life. It's funny that a lot of people are bashing him and posting up wack rappers.

plus he sayin he in LA rite now networkin wit producers
like DJ kahlil & DJ quik plus he done shit for DJ kayslay

dont have to like him but he holdin it down for the bay
and prolly is the most well known bay area artist next to 40 & Short.
I think he far from over ..the homie finna get his shine on pretty soon

i think fab still got bars and hes had some pretty good songs to back it up..he just needs to start making the "right" songs instead of focusing on hyphy and party songs cuz he can spit that real shyt like jamonie robinson, crack baby anthem and that 100 bars was pretty deep..
