I doesn't seem like a fair question -- the real question will be West Coast Vaccine vs. Yellow Bus Ridah, because Baydestrian was almost a side-project to keep buzz going...

nah see shit like that KILLS music and hurts the fans. fuck just putting out material to "keep the buzz going". Rap in the 90s was coo cuz u had that 1 or 2 releases every so many years. The compilations served a purpose but now u have compilations, mixtapes and all that. MF's need to know that its quality over quanity.

So i dont cut FAB any slack. i was always told to put ur best foot forward or dont do shit at all. FAB and all these artists doin likewise moves gonna end up like the boy who cried wolf and wonder why no one buyin their shit

Honestly this isn't even close. Turf album sounds like a man who cares about his music...Fab's sounded like a kid that thought his buzz would guide him to the top. I think Fab has what it takes, but he needs some guidence. On the 1st album he had vets like 40, E-A-Ski and Sean T helping with the project and it just so happend to be the best songs on the Son Of A Pimp album. My vote went to Turf, but I bought both of them.

I was thinking the same thing. You put the album out- it will be judged.

Yeah, I dont disagree with you at all. ESPECIALLY quality over quantity. I just wouldn't put it ALL on FAB because it sounds like Atlantic was fixin' to push back his album. And I liked the Baydestrian fine, it has been a few years between albums... i just wish it would have had more of his singles between Son of a Pimp and this new one -- but I know I'm probably in the minority because most people just download that shit....

I always wonder about some peoples opinions on here (not anyone in particular) because I bet a lot of people download the album without paying for it, skim through the tracks listening on their lil' computer speakers, and then come on here: "oh fab sucks, his voice is annoying, he needs to come tighter". Compared with people who actually dropped $13 on the album and gave it a careful listen on a good system....

I couldn't even find the turf talk album in stores out here in Louisiana, shiiiit. It doesn't matter, I'll just have one more thing to look forward to when I'm back in PO.
