Go to court, then the small panel or whatnot asks you about what happened. then you get a choice of either a fine or community service. Then it comes off of your record when you are done

all thats gonna happen is pay a fine, and maybe community service. but it all depends on what you have done before and what have you

hahahaha...i got arrested for that shit 5 years ago...in some counties its a mandatory 1 year licence suspension....i got away with takin a course as a diversion program and they dismissed the case...my bad, i didnt mean to laugh...i look back on it now and its funny...lol...

dawg, if ur underage and caught w/ alcohol they CAN and WILL take ur licence away...it doesn't matter cuz there's a zero tolerance law with minors...it depends on which county ur in though...good luck...
