Mike Vick ran into the back of linemen on a 4th and 1 on a drive that coulda won them the game...it summarized Vicks whole career in that 1 play...he has a lot of talent but you need a qb that will throw in that situation to win at the highest level

that's idiotic man. That was a horrible call by the coaches, not mike vick. Watch play again, vick had no where to go the line fell apart. Peyton Manning still throws too much and thats why the colts running game never gets a chance to develop...Manning throws at least 40 passes a game, but he is better than most QB's for sure...

Then again, I doubt Colts even want to try to develop a running game, they didn't even draft a RB this year..

whether or not Vick would have won a superbowl with Atlanta is irrelevant and really, who cares if he didn't? There are a ton of good, even great QB's that never win superbowls. It's a team game.

Anyways, point is, Vick gives them the best chance at winning right now.

I don't care if Vick would have won a Super Bowl or not. I don't really even care if he was a good passer. I feel blessed to have watched him play in his prime. He's one of the best athletes to ever step foot on the field, hands down. Doesn't make him the best QB, or even a good QB, but he was fucking FUN to watch. I felt that again on Sunday.

Plus he was the greatest QB in video gaming history.

vick never had a nfl caliber squad. its amazing how his completion pct jumps when he has receivers who can actually catch. atlanta surrounded him with jv talent. crump is the only weapon he had. dunn was tiny roddy was lazy jenkins was a scrub the oline was fined for going over 295 pounds it was a disaster waiting to happen. top that sundae off with greg knapps qb killing play calling then you have a complete waste of talent. hes not the most accurate qb in the league but hes not near as bad as people make him out to be and he more than makes up for that with his abilities to make shit happen. vick will be playing a bigger role this year. its nice to see him on a team with talent on offense.

lmao couldnt get it done? try greg knapp out as your offensive coordinator. ask the raiders niners and seahawks how that worked out for them. run up the middle, run up the middle, pass EVERY DAMN POSSESSION. worst oc in league history. he made every team he "coordinated" worse. the niners regressed, the falcons regressed, the seahawks never progressed with him and neither did the raiders. one common theme on all his teams was bad passsing offense.

everyone said the league figured out mike vick. no they didnt. they figured out greg knapp. like i said ask a fan of any of the teams unfortunate enough to have to play underneath him.
