Atmosphere is okay. I picked up a few of their CD's. The beats is what usually stands out on their CD's. I have "God Loves Ugly" and "Lucy Ford EP". those where the only 2 that I was feeling from them. I checked out their new CD and didnt care for it.

Damn, it's crazy that y'all know so much deep underground Midwest music, but have never heard of Atmosphere.....

Personally, I think they're good, but I don't listen to their music a whole lot.

I like his music because his beats are always clean. What I don't like though is the preachy, pretentious lyrics, that shit sucks. He also has a pretty shitty rapping voice too, kind of high and whiny, definitely sounds like a whiteboy. But his beats are so good that I can listen to him.

Atmosphere is 1 (one) whiteboy signed to Epitaph records (punk rock label).

Definately not my type of hip hop, and I was surprised that Epitaph would sign him.
