Okay, after giving you the benifit of the doubt...you still seem to view things in a negative manner.
I wasn't going against you on anything Homie. On the contrary I was stating you had a good idea. The only thing was, it's something we already know (who the fake rappers are).
This whole Messy Marv and Guce thing, I am not a big fan of, so I won't even go into that.
I view this whole fake rapper thing as a whole (everybody from anywhere) not just the Bay. Yet, I'm not the type to really give two shits about it anyway. If I like the music, I'm gonna bump it. At the end of it all that's what it all boils down to.
HEY, BACK OFF I'M KEEPING IT REAL!
Only, too many people are afraid to come out and say they bump a certain artist (due to wanting to fit in). Too many people come online and state they are the biggest fan of so and so and will go on and defend their favorite rapper. Truth behind the scenes is: He / she don't own one legit copy of that rapper's albums...they're all downloaded.
They're are no more real rappers like there are no more real fans in Hip Hop. Those screaming to keep it alive are looked upon like idots accepting the garbage thrown at us by certain artist. People are at a brainwash point where they bump the shit til they accept it and learn to love it. They'll go as far as to view it from different angles finding loop holes to justify the wackness of that certain album.
The days when we purchased an album and we loved it from the moment we heard it are long gone.
People are fake from the studio on to the streets, let's be real about that. Only a handful of people are real and that does not mean those people are leaders, or always right. Being real is not always what people want to hear, or do.
If somebody told you they bump
50 Cent, they're keeping it real right? Yet, most would more than likely shit on dude for it
BUT, HE'S KEEPING IT REAL! SO WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?!?
LOL!!!! You should have seen how many suspect dudes were in the store looking like they had to buy kotex for their woman the day
CURTIS dropped. They were standing around the racks like a teen buying his first
Playboy Magazine then grabbing that shit off the shelf and looking straight forward (with the mentality, you didn't see me) while trying to hide the Cd as they made their way to the register to purchase their
CURTIS copy LOL!!!!
It's not just the rappers that are fake now, it's also the fans.
