and let me add, just because Fat Tone was a "suspect"... doesn't necessarily mean he was really involved.... the authorities do punk shit all the time, and most of yall aren't trusting with law enforcement in the first place.... why all of a sudden would you be so trusting of them now?

Im my oppinion even if Fat Tone didn't do it, he probably knew who did. And also i'm sure he didn't mind people thinking he did it, He knew it would be BIG for his sales. Dude always like to be in the middle of controversy. I'm sure he knew this would be a Huge risk. Fat Tone all laughing on his recordings about not killing R.I.P Mac Dre and shit. Plus dude has an annoying laugh.
