You guys seem like you'd defend anybody about anything as long as they were on a fuckin' sports team somewhere at some time. They don't even have to be good.

I know exactly what dude is talking about as far as "restraining" someone to keep them from hurting themselves some how, including getting into a car drunk. But unfortunately that "restraining" someone.... you can't just imprison adults whether they're drunk or not.

And how much of a hard time could this guy have holding Tila Tequila? The bitch must weigh 100 lbs and the dude is a professional athlete.
