This unity thing/movement is a double edge sword and I beleive rappers are using this coin phrase..when in reality they dont care about no one else,I aint speakin on the bay...even in southern cali they talk about a movement...fuck a movement shit we aint fighting for freedom..its music..artist sayin support the movement..what they mean is buy my shit.Fuck a movement..thats whats watered down rap...we continue to support sub par music just because they from the city.Make good music and Ill support you.

There it is. This is not New York were they at the bare minimum have unity amongst the 5 burroughs, this is the bay. I have been a 40 fan since he came out, yes I am from the town. I also am a fan of San Quinn, Frontline, Mistah Fab, Celly Cell and all that the bay has to offer. I don't buy my shyt burnt. I drive to rasputins and purchase. I post on Sohh, uppin the Yay. I am more hated on there than 40 is, please believe that. Internet gangstas, and critics is what I call folk who hate on an artists. If you don't like the music hell dont listen. If TI, and Juve can be on the top 7o'clock drop in the midst of very good product coming out, then why can't they? I have my own entertainment company, and although I do stuff on myspace, that is not the center of my universe. I am into Show-Business meaning you have to show you know how to business. It has not been fair for 40 for the most part to stay visible and try to make the bay viable by himself. The fans play a part as well, we have too much apathy and do not support those who are for the most part trying to let the rest of the world see and appreciate our culture. For me that is enough to spend my dollars on bay talent. When "our artists" start doing the same numbers as everyone else in other regions, then I will buy their music. Until then I steady stay supportin the bay-"shyt I should have been a rapper"
