I downloaded this album about 2 months ago and I find myself listening to it a lot. I guess you would call Maps and Atlases music "indie math rock" or something along those lines. The lead singers voice is pretty uh, what's a good word, acentric I guess. It's different to say the least but I like it and I think it fits the music well. Anyways, what really stands out about this album is the guitar work. It is really really good. If you are a fan of Don Caballero you will love this album.
