Just saw a copy of the "Kansas City" issue of Mandatory Business Magazine. It was 6 pages, (12 if you count front and back). A LOT of misquotes and inaccurate information.

I wouldn't exactly call it a magazine, more like a "menu"... lol..... smh

WOW!!!!!!! Sorry to hear that. It I can put one together then I would be a full on edition not 1/4 of a Magazine page count just distributed in the Midwest. Whats right it right and whats wrong is wrong and thats plain out wrong.

No problem, there is tons of great music being produced in KC right now. The main thing holding back most of the artists here, is distribution. Lot of great music, just not being heard outside of the local scene.

Ben E. Lewis, right on. Yeah I used to have a subscription to your Mo Cheez Magazine, last issue I believe I have was the Nelly Issue (purple background), with the section with the Pit Bulls in it. I believe it shut down shortly after that and to filled out my subscription price you sent me Young Kev's cd and another cd that I can't remember the artists name, but it had something to do with "Gorillas" and dude rapped just like C-Bo (the was a dopeeeeeee cd).

How good is the writing in these things? It takes more to be a good mag than just pretty pictures and standard Q&A interviews.

as much as i like murderdog cause it focused on music i liked.............that shit must be edited and ran by kindergarten dropouts.

Kansas city edition of mandatory business won't be out until nov 20 and will feature 96 pages and features Rich the Factor & JT on the cover. The 16 page promo edition is for give away. 3 different versions 16 page weekly promo (60) page monthly edition (96) page collector editions. 10,000 copies each edition.

These are the facts.

If someone sends in shitty pics and deposit it holds up production cause it has to be refunded and that page replaced. JT is not playing around wit this mag shit every city he go to he put the Real Hood on that ain't gettin no shine.

Opinions are not facts in 2 years I've seen over 50 people on the cover the mags are sold and product by the people on the cover.

$10 for a issue, thats a full year subscription to other national issues lol..but yeah way i see it magazine just like cd's going down majorly, everythng is itunes and internet (i.e. siccness.net etc) for rap information or interviews everyone going online now by the time issues comes out people done heard about it
