I was born in 86 my brother was born in 90 he watched recess a lot but I was a little too old for it. Doug, Rugrats and all the shows like that started in like 91 and Hey Arnold was like mid 90's but yeah I know that I still watched some of these shows once in a while because of my brother shit my little sister is only 11 and I would watch cartoons with her sometimes but sponge bob was about the only one that I liked at all but it has a lot of adult stuff that kids don't pick up on like someone mentioned before.
