MAC DRE PRESENTS!!!

all ya'll kats are real passionate about this subject, like it's ur duty as a fan to speak up...but imo diggs and kilo wouldnt let just anyone use the stamp, the MD presents, or using the baby mac dre...so why do you non-affiliated kats get so passionate about speakin down on these kats that use that? to me Duna goes hard, but i dont buy cd's for the covers, the label, dont matter who presents it, dont matter the color of the rapper, if he wears a scarf in the winter, nundat! Im about the music...what are you about?
My opinion on the use of the Mac Dre stamp, label, name......
...........At first, knowing Dre personally, I was pretty pissed off at the whole Mac Dre presents thing. I felt like the less than stellar releases were watering his name down, and not doing his legacy much justice. A few months ago, the last time this topic came up on here, actually, my husband (who is from the Crest and was Duna's neighbor) said to me "If I died, and my folks could use anything I left behind to eat, that's what I would want them to do, no matter how they did it, as long as my family was eating too." It really changed my outlook on things, and made a lot of sense. None of us know anything more than what we read here, and the perceptions we make up of what Thizz is and has done. Yeah, we all got fed up with the recycles, and from the outside we have tried to backseat sidebust, but at the end of the day, if Dre's passing has in any way helped his best folks make it, who are we to judge.
And Duna, for reals, accept the honest love and criticism you get here, and take the rest for what it is, jokes, sidebustin, and kids bein able to say things to people that they would never be able to say in real life.

I say....let the man do his thing. If you have something constructive to say, say it. If You don't like what he's doing, don't support it. If you do, cop it. There's no sense in going back and forth on this site about what an artist should or shouldn't do...they're going to do what they feel is right regardless.
I'm not a huge fan of Thizz...it's just not my preferred style of music...but they have released some knocks that even I fuck with. And if Dre vouched for Duna when he was alive, he has every right to involve Dre in what he does out of love and respect for his fallen comrade.
