hustle or not......nice design or not.....fact is theres a thing called intellectual property....
ebay for instance wouldnt allow you to sell shirts that infringe on someones intellectual property....but people get away with it as long as no ones reporting it....this is there policy on IP rights:
"Selling photography and images of celebrities ("Celebrity Material") often involves both intellectual property rights (like copyrights) and rights of publicity (a person’s right to control commercial exploitation of his or her image, likeness etc.) which may be owned by people other than the person listing the item for sale. Sellers need to be certain that their listings comply with third party copyrights and/or rights of publicity"
and the actual descriptions of the IP laws go deeper than that....
not to mention that morally youd have to feel kinda stupid makin money off a dead man you didnt know....no matter if its a bill or a mill profit is profit and at the end of the day you have to look at yourself and think if you really earned that money or if you jus took it.....karma is a bitch especially in the business world.....

Just because Thizz rocks shit that has his face on it and you've never seen it before, don't mean it's bootlegged......if you were to make a shirt and not make money off of it, then it wouldn't matter....that's like me puttin your face on hella shirts, selling hella them, and makin hella mone off of it. and i am a supporter of u guys over at thizz but i have a problem wit u too.if u want us to stop buying bootlegged mac dre shirts then what happened to the thizz store that was online that said coming soon for about six months and then got shut down.i know there are official shirts on rapbay and stuff but theres only a few different ones.as of right now i would much rather cop cuthoat707's and he can make other shirts with other artist from thizz not just dre!!

And then to say he's profiting off of a dead man, would it be any different if he was alive? Do you think if Dre saw someone at a show rockin' an MD shirt he'd be pissed and make them take it off?
