I think Mac Dre always sold between 20.000 - 60.000 with each release. After his detah the sales prolly sky rocketed. Not sure bout the toal numbers, but overall it's Mac Dre by far. One release is close I think.

I feel lynch way more then mac dre. but the thing is its a tough comparison, like apples and oranges. their content is way to different to compare. i mean i like lynch as far as the gangster shit goes but i like dre as far as the bay goes. when i think of who i feel more, it has to be in the same genre. like for instance sicx vs. lynch, dr. dre vs eazy-e, too short vs. suga free type shit. i love them both for what they do. i prefer lynch over dre, because i like his kind of music better. its like that with any genre of music or movies for that matter, shit even books. i cant compare the movie casino to friday. or metallica to nirvana, or donald goines to stephen king as far as books go. you feel me?

Not taking anything away from the late great Mac Dre but Lynch's flow is definately way ahead of Dre's. SOTS sold more than any of Mac Dre's albums did, I'm pretty sure of that.

good points. I know this though, id choose lynch over any rapper period. if i was faced with only hearing one artist/record label again...id choose lynch/siccmade hands down.

That's a hard decision right there. I remember when picking up a new Siccmade/Fahrenheit release was like my birthday and shit.

i remember buying planet zero and if these walls could talk the same day. i came home right after and cracked them both back to back while posting on the hella old 91siccness.com forum. i messaged sicx from my webtv console about how much i was feeling the album, and bam like 1 minute later he got at me and we chopped it hella after that. i remember sending him contacts for all the mom and pop record stores in my area. then de was around telling stories about the making of loaded and what not. lynch and all them fools was on here. roloc the wizard sending fools to the stoning grounds haha. then docs bombay album dropped and no one could figure out if they liked it or not lol.

so many memorys, i had that web tv shit. kept me hella occupied back then.

memory lane....

i use to have so much trouble trying to figure out what cds to buy at the store. i would browse for hours with piles of shit id have to narrow down to 3 or so. it was a tough choice with all the tight shit droppin. wasnt no mp3 or cdrs and shit, you either had it or you didnt!

Yeah, those were the days. I'd do the same shit at the record store, debate on which album to pick up. Siccmade for lifeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, sicx's patented 91sicc sig. I remember he sent me and E-mail once going off about how much he likes Minnesota. Could never figure it out though. I remember being one of the first people to log in way back in the day, prolly around 96-97. Picking up PZ and ITWCT the same was a glorious day I bet, remember that story for your grandkids!

glorious indeed. none of my boys liked planet zero. its crazy, i think i always felt the music more than the homies. i think thats the draw to the sicc for alot of us back then, we were the ones that were really feeling it. i bet your boys were the same way back then. then you come to a spot whee everyone loves it as much as you.

yeah, those days was the shit, i remember i was always going to basketball tournaments and shit, and always busy, but when i was at the house, i would go right to the 91siccness boards and play some counter strike, people that used to post back then seemed alot cooler than some of these cats that post here today, i remember finding it when i was lookin up blackmarketrec.com, and some how found the siccness, fools was net banging hard on there then haha that shit was always comedy, i wasnt on there that much then, but i remember choppin it with lynch and siccmade a lil bit, i remember sicx tellin about his weird dreams, plus it was and still is the best place to find out about underground cali shit
and some dude named redtickdawg, me and that fool used to go at it all the time

good times fa sho

^^yes sir! the old hounds of the underground site. I ordered 24 deep and xorcist from there, when they were no where to be found in stores.
took like 3 months. I had to call bmr ten times, and finally they overnight fedexed me the goods.

i found 91siccness from there to. i remember the old audio page that had the chico freestlyle from the radio show, i would love to get my hands on the full show!

one thing that sticks out is some beef sicx had with some dude named 3 style or mp3 locc or something, and they posted some pictures of him and lynch. sicx was half head braided fliipin off the camera with lynch, like fuck 3 style or some shit.

and yea there was hella netbangers on there!

you remember DE talking about the making of loaded when he said he went deaf from someone shooting a gun off near his head or some shit?

man i was steadily on there.

then sicx had that yahoo blue room group.

that was way before the merger of bart and the siccness. the old bart site was bapmusic.com

this shit got way off topic but like the homie 3:00 said, of course lynch is gonna get chosen in the siccmade forum
so fuck it

I think Mac Dre was more consistent, and in the end has more classic songs to be remembered. Lynch definitely has MD beat on a single overall classic album though. Season of da Sic is by far the best record either one of them came out with.
