I don't get what makes me a hater...I mean I BOUGHT the cd...Im not entitled to an opinion or sumthin??? I had high hopes & Lynch disapointed me...If you don't care for what I said FUCK OFF...You have your own opinion don't let mine influince it...Simple as that...

what makes this production tight. any of yall produce. do you know what goes into making a beat, and making that beat a classic or at least listinable. the beats are all borning and all sound the same. there horrible. i mean shit. listin to this against even the new PSD or the new mitchy slick or the ecay uno. the beats are an embarisment compaierd to those. im sorry to say this to cause lynch spit heat. but who ever on the boards need to get off and let a 2 year old give it a try. cause it cant come out much worse.

I don't know if it's a classic (there were a couple of tracks I wasn't feeling), but here's my take on all this craziness:
When LOADED came out in '97, believe it or not, there were people in '97 who said that it was a piece of shit because "it didn't sound like SOTS." Five years later, I read comments on the Siccness and some folks prefer LOADED to SOTS!!! And others will say "it's not quite a classic, but it's well worth buying." IMHO, LOADED has a different identity than SOTS, and LYNCH BY INCH has yet another identity from those two. History has a weird way of determining what lasts and what doesn't.
I want to end this with a quote from Chuck D (I know--he's East Coast, but this would do a lot of people on this board some good). Read:
"In 1994, when [Public Enemy's] 'Greatest Misses' project came out, writers were saying I didn't sound the same. You're damn right I didn't sound the same...I wanted to do a mellower vocal. Somebody else can do a laid-back groove and be accepted, but...I always have to be compared to 'It Takes A Nation of Millions To Hold Us Back.' That's ridiculous. [Comparing albums] is like comparing children. Anyone that has children knows that that's not a wise thing to do. Each one has his or her OWN identity and characteristics."
We're all entitled to our opinions (you too, Smurf), but before you all trash artists' new CDs just because they don't sound like the old stuff, think about that quote above. But I'm an old geezer compared to others on this board--what do I know?

I truly agree with what smurf was sayin, I got this album early. I wouldnt give it a 3.5 out of 10, but shit wuz a fat DISAPPOINTMENT. FUCK. Lynch cant get his flow back from season. He seems lost for some reason, maybe he needs to get fucked up before hitting the studio again. I am glad I did not buy this album cuz it aint worth my money for the few tracks that are really good like track 12 and spitz network. A few of the Hooks on this cd are purely FUCKING ANNOYING AS HELL. Holy shit- I am in shock that some dumb fuck said this cd was better than season that asshole shouldnt even be listening to music making statements likke that. dizzamn.
I'm with the rest of ya'll that don't like. Like I've said before...that's what you get when you hype something up for so long. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. The production on it just doesn't do shit for me. I can't get into an album without good production. Lynch can still flow though, but the shit just don't cut it with weak ass beats. There are a few knocks on there, but I must say....thank God for the Internet and downloading cuz I woulda been pissed if I dropped 15 on this. :classic:
