If I'm not mistaken isn't there a set in Oakland named Luni Tunes or LT ? I chaperoned my little cousin birthday party in Oakland a few weekends ago and these youngstas kept hollerin LT! LT!

I don't think they think it's an original name it's the name of a click / hood in Oakland and I've witnessed about 100 of them youngstas descend on a party I was chaperoning in Oakland screaming "LT, LT". Rap is a young man's game and these were all young dudes and females, who knows they might blow.
