i have...do i need to make layers to make it look better, cuz the preview of the pic looks clean but when i hit the checkmark the outcome looks terrible! what version do u have?

You got a mac or pc cuz my mac controls for tha program are different from my brother's pc and we got tha same version.....like Underground said just play around wit it til you get tha effect you want...should be pretty easy unless yo cpu got slow ram....

i was lookin into this and from what i read theres a fake version out there so maybe thats the reason....

Make sure to zoom in on the preview, when it's at 1/4 of your doc it won't look true to the outcome.
