I heard drinking a lot of hot tea and then drinking a lot of cold water each day is supposed to drop pounds quick. I don't know though, check out yahoo answers for that one.

Yeah it's all about metabolism. Eating small meals more often keeps it going but also if you do cardio early in the morning everyday then 3-4 times a week in the afternoon or evening do some weight training. Start slow and build up lean muscle. And that HCG shit does work with the right diet but you gotta find a doctor thats willing to give it to you and I heard it ain't cheap. . .

just cardio, and the whole meal thing, and what i used to do after working out, is id close the bathroom door, and stand in the tub without the water hitting me, and put the shower on as hot as it goes, make a little sauna for yourself, that will get you to sweat, then when the water gets to where u can stand the temperature, step into the water and do your thing.
