Style XP. It allows you to customize a lot of stuff. If i recall correctly, you can set a random desktop and theme. It also allows you to change the bootscreen and login screen. I would suggest that you don't use the bootscreen feature. I had a couple of crashes follow soon after I changed the bootscreen. Just use it for desktop and themes and you'll be fine. here's the link to the program demo...i'm pretty sure you know how to "fix" it.

you can get different themes and backgrounds for the program here. You need to have Style XP installed to use these.
