Carjacking: The owner of a gold 2001 Cadillac DeVille reported that he had been partying with a woman named Sheila near Church and Main streets when Sheila used her cell phone to invite a couple friends to the party about 3 a.m. Saturday. When the two friends arrived, one pulled a chrome-plated semi-automatic pistol and demanded the car keys. Sheila and her friends left with the car.:knockout:
Robbery: A man reported that four men in an older model maroon Chevrolet sedan pulled up beside him just before 7 a.m. Saturday at El Dorado and Anderson streets and proceeded to pistol-whip him, knock him to the ground, and take his shoes, pants and jacket. One of the alleged attackers dropped a wallet containing his identification.
Robbery: A man reported that he was walking near San Joaquin and Anderson streets about 12:20 p.m. Saturday when three men attacked him from behind, taking his cell phone, identification and cash. The three men reportedly fled in a gray Toyota Tacoma pickup. The victim went to a hospital for treatment of his head injuries.
Robbery: A man reported that three men approached him in Constitution Park on Fremont Street about 2:30 p.m. Saturday and asked for money. When he said he didn't have any, the men reportedly knocked him to the ground and took his wallet.
Robbery: A 50-year-old man reported about 2:46 a.m. Sunday that he had been assaulted the previous afternoon while he walked near a video store at March Lane and Pacific Avenue. He said he'd been hit from behind with a beer bottle and that his cell phone had been taken. Cuts to his head and hands required sutures.
