not to mention the recycled verses and the total cut and past job those projects are

Just because she was really young doesnt mean she didnt get ahold of some TLC growing up....you guys act like you cant appreciate older music/artist if you werent alive during that time...that's a lie...I wasnt alive when Michael Jackson's "off the wall" album dropped, but I'd be damn if someone told me that I couldnt appreciate it the music because of that...

Damn where did this rant come from? I don't think anyone in this thread was talking about that. Anyway, I skimmed through this and wasn't surprised it was recycled. Didn't she have an album that was supposed to dropped right after she died other than "Super Nova" I can't remember.

I see where you're coming from, but my point was being a young artist in a hip-hop era where "doin the stanky leg" and "poppin'" lip gloss is what's hot, the girl doesn't deserve to be featured on Left Eye's posthumous album.

Its like having some new dumbass author finish a one of Hemingway's novels.

There's nothing creative about Lil Mama's music.

TLC on the other hand... are pioneers for modern day female r&b/hip hop artists.

TLC is one of my favorite groups of all-time, Left Eye being one of my favorite artists (top 3) of all-time as well. I heard her Supernova album, bought it right shortly before she died. You have to have an extremely open mind to listen to that album, because the creativity on it is something that only a fan of Left Eye's music would understand. My favorite track off of it was this song called "A New Star Is Born." It was almost like she predicted her own death in that song.
But I'll definitely be picking up this new CD.
