I havn't been around for a while, so help me out. I read some earlier pages about all this Hyphy shit and E40 videos and Lil Jon - then I saw the vid a minute ago on BET - talkin about gettin stupid and thizz facin. That's cool and all - bout time - but shit, now are all these cats in the south gonna start doin that shit too ya think? I CAN'T STAND southern rap - and even now I've been here in TX. for a year, I've given it a chance - and it just won't grow on me. All the folks down here barely even know 40, MD, and most bigger ( let alone smaller ) Bay folks. Now their gonna start doin bay things. Oh well, it was bound to get out somtime.

To me, very dissapointing.

and thats whats up......they gonna wanna hear more from the area.....you guys forget somethin can be on BET.....but then that same video on mtv will get like 10 times more exposure.....u gotta sacrifice i guess......same way when houston blew up....and everybody started to listen to screw music a lil more.......i hated that shit cuz ima screwhead.....guess thats somethin yall will have to deal with

some of the people that see this as the bay blowing have to realize that this isnt the BAY blowing, its other people using the bay's image to ride a trend...when our are becomes uncool again they'll drop us.

as Bay cats we just gotta keep doin us, fuck what everyone else is doin. we never worried bout them before so why start now.

i mean i got annoyed when i heard that track "now ever since i can remember ive been poppin my collar" because well, thats a bay thing, so i guess he can only remember back to like 92 when he saw 40 water do it. but whatever, we know they wanna be like us, so let em, we just gonna have to be more creative and keep em on they toes

yeah, don't complain bout folks bitin us, its like, if a rapper comes out wit a signature style that he made himself and then erryone starts usin it. its bitin, but no one cares on here. bitin is accepted here
