yeah, back in highschool during a hot ass day i seen this fool start benchin (not sure on how much) but i guess his hands were sweaty and after the second or third rep the bar slipped out of his hand landed square on his face, blood was leakin out of the flat spot where his nose was.. shit can be cruical.
