lighting effect

how do you get this lighting effect? Mess around with hue/saturation.. contrast?

also on the lights, how would you make them like that..? besides the smudge tool.

nothin to with a slr camera, you can do it in ps, and i know some filters on an slr do it, but its easy in ps

The light on like a street light or a flash on a grill can be done with brushes. Lemme check to see if I can find the link to those brushes I have for those effects.

It is a PDG cover and IT IS Evans work not Shemps...LOL I feel ya tho but shit to be on subject tha background is a stock photo night shot probly wit a low ISO n slow shutter and Sean T is probly a studio pic wit that damn unsharp mask wit sum d n b....but its just an educated guess...LOL

pretty much what all you guys said is true. stock photo from the internet, alot of dodge and burn, and alot of use of eye candy rendering for the lighting !!! the smudge tool is a good one as well...PS is a wonderful program to work with. yeah, now lookin at it, the bodies are off lol, oh well, live and learn, i do like the car on fire !! ahhahaha
