Seeing my actual co-workers are other managers right around my age I don't really care. The younger workers (for the most part) are the employees I manage. I like getting paid pretty damn good money and with great benefits to sit in an office 90% of my work week, I'll take it.

Also it's than and not then when making comparisons.
