Ok this is another WWSD type of thread, but i was wondering if any1 could tell me how to get in contact with solano county department of labor/ or if its a statewide thing, im having a labor dispute with my job, and im trynna get cashed out basically...

So i need info asap

Basically theres 2 disputes

One is i reported for work, adn the dickhead got all pissed that i was a "hour late" when i reported on the time he told me to, so he sent me home, and did not pay me for 2 hours, which i believe is required.

That same day, he basically fired me, and my final check was due within 72 hours (which was tuesday) but hes been bullshitting, and i still dont have my $

^ well @ my last job my manager told me that when you report to work on a scheduled day, and you clock in, they are required to pay you for at least 2 hours of work, unless the employee voluntarily leaves

Wouldnt it have been quicker to google it than type out this thread and wait for someone to reply with the info you want?
