Im confused by the whole topic, it's not taboo to say it in the bay area because its just like sayin "homie", black dudes down south in florida would call me nigga, when im clearly not black either, it's wrong in either of these places for a white dude to say it but more tolerable for a latino i guess...i dunno theres no use trying to figure it out lol

Yea alot of people say that it means that to them too but not to me & some other blacks cuz we feel different about that word. I look @ it like this. If ur black homies give u a pass to say the word around them then thats between ya'll but don't assume like alot of non blacks that use that word that its ok 2 say in front of any black person cuz certain blacks will/could get offended & wanna hola @ u on some gangsta shit.
