Well, the placement of the pix is bad. you should try changing some color on him. The jagged cash border is a No-No. Doesn't fit! The top text is ok but the bottom text is lacking. Make the dude a lil bigger in the picture and make sure to adjust the color in him.Also,try fucking with the levels...
