Wednesday night there was a show put together by BTM in Santa Rosawith a couple of local hip hop acts from the area. Everything went over without a hitch, no fights, no funk it was lovely. The crowd was mixed and people were getting they drink on. I'm not a big fan of hip hop so when I got on stage to try to bust a freestyle I found myself not feeling the East Coast-sounding beats and I couldn't spit my thug shit to it so I fucked up. All the acts that showd up were cool including BTM's group Distant Relatives. DJ Mark 7 was in the house on the ones and twos for a little while spinning that Bay shit. That was my first time meeting him and I didn't know what to expect, hell I didn't even know what he looked like until they introduced me to him. He was cool as fuck and we let him hear a track from our upcoming cd. "Yo Mark two things...
