I dont know the blocks/streets in Oakland...but i can only imagine that "100" maybe an affiliation to a block out there....nothing to do with C's...but i know the Wallnuts(which im assuming is a street as well)...more thana few MC's from Oakland have mentioned them....

But in all honestly....you gotta ask a Oakland resident about all this shit....i only go on waht ive heard from music and selecet few people affiliated with the Bay....
