The Saints got rid of a lot of players.... Brooks, Gandy, D. Howard, D. Smith, D. Stallworth, S. Hodge, etc.... Payton had a lot of his kind of players brought in, in one year. Those previous years you listed.... none of them Saints teams made the playoffs.

In comes a new head coach with a new "scheme" and a new Qb and all of a sudden they make it to the NFC Championship game. In one year!!

And Plummer didn't beat New England.... the Broncos beat them when their defense was playing hella good.

Jake Plummer threw 2 TD's in that game but he only completed 50% of his passes. No I didn't watch the game but Denver's defense was playing hella good at the time. They damn near shut New England out in New England. The score was 17-7...... yeah Plummer won that game all by himself. LOL....

If that's what you call one of his best games of the year you're funny...

It's a team sport. You can't expect a rookie qb to come in and play Peyton Manning type football.... it's a team sport. You asked how many had impacts. Cutler had an impact that's why Plummber is on his way out. Leinhart had an impact that's why Warner was benched. Vince Young had an impact, that's why he won rookie of the year. You asked who had an impact... now you're talking about rookie QB's and playoff wins.
