Just wait until next year. It ain't gone take no got damn two years to fix this team. The Rams and Saints were fixed in one year. We're starting with a new head coach and now we might get a new Qb.

Raiders!!!!

TONY TONY TONY!

Brooks is 100 % wporse than both Bulger and brees
Jordan and fargas are 100 %worse than Jackson, Duece & Bush
Raiders wr's and te's are 100% worse than Bruce holt (2 of the best all time), horn Colston, Henderson.

You want a new qb...throws you back a minumum 2 years just to havea rookie qb, thats before even addressing the o-line, and the other spots you are not deep at on offense....FAR FROM 2 YEARS AWAY!

Not only Art's strict rules... it was his offense that was pissing the whole team off. Porter didn't even want to play in his offense.... Randy was like fuck this... and Brooks was running for his life.

This coach is a young coach with a creative mind and a play caller. I don't know if Art was capable of calling plays. At least this coach can call some got damn plays.

Ok again......there was no o-line. You cannot get a WHOLE o-line, a franchise back AND a qb in the same off-season. On top of a new coach....it just can't and wont be done!

And you went from a hof o-lineman that couldn't turn it around to a guy who has been in football FAAAAR less than the old coach and doesn't know as much at your weakest positions.

Let me tell you as a Broncos fan I LOVE IT!

It was Art Shell's system. All of those players that you listed had "career" lows under Art's and Tom Walsh's system.

New head coach will bring new ideas, system, play calls, etc.... Just watch.... and that horrible o-line... yeah they gave up a lof of sacks because they were being asked to block too long.

What do you think happens with a new/rookie qb?????

Also it wasn't just the system.

There isn't 1 owner in the league....opps davis!!

That would take Brooks over bulger or brees, that would take jordan over duece, bush, or jackson, any oakland wr over horn, colston, bruce, holt...........So it wasn't the system, those players are above the raiders players regardless of what system.

Yes it was... there were experts who joked about Tom Walsh's system including Tim Brown who played in that system when Art Shell was fired. Tim said the play calls were too long and it also required receivers running deep as routes all the time. It's the same system that got the Raiders blew out in Buffalo 51-3 back in the day. Al made a mistake by hiring Art Shell now he has made up for that mistake.

It will not take more than 2 years. In the NFL all it can take is one year. Look at the Saints as an example. Last year they were 3-13 they get a new head coach and qb and then they make it all the way to the NFC championship game.

The saints got a new hc, got a qb BRESS...NOT A ROOKIE, they got a fucking stud wr/te in Colston to add to horn.....They already had an o-line in place, they are 2 deep at rb where as Raiders are zero deep, they play in an easy division...fuck that easy conference.

Seriously!

Who says we need all of that? Changes will be made but it's not the linemen we have now can't block. We don't need a "WHOLE" o-line... changes to personnel and schemes will help. It's not that hard to understand. Coaching make a difference. We don't need a franchise back. We need a franchise Qb. Brooks is nearing the end of his career and might not be back next season. Statue Walter is well, Statue Walter.

And just because we might draft Russell doesn't mean we're going to be garbage or a rebuilding club. There is nothing wrong with starting a rookie qb these days. Experience is the best teacher and there are 10 other men on the field to help out. That's why it's called a football "team". Russell won't have to carry the load by himself. It's all on the coach. Young coach, young Qb, and a new scheme. The Raiders will be back.

Just becasue Russell is a rookie doesn't mean he'll play bad. Did Culter play bad for Denver? Answer that! And the NFC South is not weak or an easy division. Atlanta and Carolina are not weak teams.

The Raiders are zero deep at running back? That's what the draft is for. The Raiders could draft a running back in the second round of next year's playoffs. They could re-shuffle the o-line or even bring in a few free agents. You have free agency, the NFL draft, and coaching changes in the NFL. Don't base shit on last season under Art's system. Art is gone. You are basing your opinions like Art is still our coach.

you're right rookie qb's make all the difference....tell me did Broncos Cardinals or Titans make the playoffs?

How many wins against playoffs clubs did Young Lienert and cutler have?

Also what the fuck you man you don't need a franchise back rb? If you plan on starting a rookie qb, you better the fuck have a great running back...look at what lt did for rivers, you think rivers would be good without LT and everyone stacking the line?

I say you need to make all the changes....you know why??? I watched your team this year....noone on the 0-line could block, and if you say the routes caused shit get outta here.....if you start a rookie qb you need more time than a veteran qb does to run along route.

YES CUTLER PLAYED BAD!!!!!

WTF DID YOU HEAR ME CALLING NOT TO PUT HIM IN.

His % was about the same as plummers, he never came close to beating a playoff team...hmm Plummer did. He single handily cost us a game to get us to the playoffs. His highest yards in a game was 260...260 seriously?

So yes Cutler sucked and we didn't make the playoffs becasue of it.

ALSO TO MAKE THE MOVES YOU SAY IN FREE AGENCY YOU NEED TO HAVE CAP ROOM....TO SIGN A QB AND RB IN THE FIRST 2 ROUNDS...YOU NEED CAP ROOM!

You mean the year they played with no home after a hurricane destroyed their city? Yeah...they were 3-13.

The year before they were 8-8. The year before that...8-8. The year before that? 9-7.

So it's not like they didn't have talent...they were an OK team. The added pieces in the off-season helped put them into the playoffs.

The Raiders...2003, 4-12. 2004...5-11. 2005...4-12.

See a difference?

They (Young, Cutler, Leinhart) made strides... and all of them will be starting next year. Vince won rookie of the year. Cutler threw 2 TD passes in every game he started in I think. Alex Smith started as a rookie, the 49ers brought in Norv Turner and look at how they improved.

7 step drops is why the o-line couldn't block.... the QB's were asked to hold the ball too long and the linemen were asked to block too long. What part of scheme don't you understand dog? Art is gone because he was stuck in his oldschool ways.

what part of rookie qb's cannot read blitzes and packages as fast as a veteran. What is a 7 step drop for a veteran is only a 3 or 4 step drop for a rookie because they cannot read the defense as fast!

THAS WHY ROOKIES DO NOT MAKE AN IMPACT THIER FIRST YEAR

Ok Cutler threw 2 td's in his first 4 games.......how many wins against playoff teams?

I give 2 fucks about stats I WANT WINS....PLUMMER BEAT NEW ENGLAND AT NEW ENGLAND...HE BEAT RAVENS, HE SHOULDA BEAT CHARGERS AND COLTS...Cutler sucked againts playoff teams!
