u kidding me? calm down pal i'm just saying it's SIMILAR not exact, kobe then had a shitty supporting cast and maybe a tad bit more shitty then LeBron now but LeBron is still in the similar position where a guy with the better cast will most likely get it, lol ur starting to act like a dumbass and usually u come correct with shit, what the fuck happened?
well...it was a bad loss but we didn't lose any ground to san antonio (i dont care about phoenix they aren't about to beat us for the division)...we played horribly and almost won so whatever...gotta look to toronto and our tough 4 game roadie coming up with NO, houston, dallas, and utah.

but pringles is just trying to hype up the lakers and try to put pressure on them as the favorites to take some pressure off his underachieving ass team...or maybe he was drunk or something haha
on another note...what do you guys think about the rumor about the lakers being interested in ira newble? i think he'd be a good pick up...hard-nosed defender...cant be worse than luke & vlad lol. he would definitely help since ariza's return this season isn't guaranteed.

I also think D'Antoni knows his team now is alot more vunerable now than before. Also, him complimenting a couple other teams in the process, makes his assessment of the Lakers seem more genuine and less like a 'mind-game'.
About Newble - I haven't seen much of him, but the general consensus is that he's defensive minded, and that would be a welcome addition to our defense impaired squad of late.
