Sup Ghostt, I was just saying one of the greatest in my lifetime, because at this point in time, Tech and KMK are two of my favorite bands. So it might just be my lifetime, lol, but hopefully the shits dope. I know both of their cd's should be, at least from what I heard. :knockout:

I like the Kottonmouth Kings and I like Tech N9ne.
I don't like when ppl. have to freak out whenever somebody doesn't like the same music they do.
Everytime Tech swallows up more fans there's more ppl. jumpin on the internet calling everybody haters. Get ppl. to give shit a listen and if they don't like it, fuck off! If they're good they'll get another fan and if they're not, they won't.
If Tech's a star by himself why does everybody want so many colabs?

Tech did do a verse for one of their upcoming projects. More info will be available at the KMK website.

I don't see why you people are so upset about Tech working with KMK. These guys are family and have become good friends since being on tour with them in 2003. If you don't like their music, fine, but sitting here bashing them is getting you nowhere.

To sit up here and argue about this is so trivial...but it is what it is.

I way just expressing that I would rather not see a "feat. Kotton Mouth Kings" track on Everready.

I guess for a lot of Tech N9ne fans, this CD seems like the one that has the most potential to get Tech N9ne known wider to the world, and I just dont see KMK as being one of the bands (thats right, a band, not even a rap group you can call them) that will help him get the record sales he needs. If that Twista track was laid down and not just some BS hoax and gets put on everready, and then we got brotha lynch hung and Em spittin verses for the new album, who knows where the sales might get to. Id really love to see Tech not just in the spotlight of the underground, cuz he deserves more. Although, as always with fans of "underground" music, I just dont want a bunch of stupid muthafuckaz gettin into his shit, but I guess with fame and riches some dumbass people will get into the scene.

As for KMK, I grew up on punk rock and hip hop, and I listen to both genre's of music a lot. Now, they're supposedly mixing punk rock with rap, and thats supposed to be their "style". Well, being a huge fan for both types of music- I think they are just played out and not interesting after the first 10 seconds of each song. How many songs can you write about smoking bud and getting drunk anyway? the shit gets REAL OLD REAL QUICK. If I dont like it I dont like it, that doesn't mean that im hatin. I will acknowledge though that Im sure KMK contributed to Tech's fan base in some type of way, although with him touring with BONE THUGS N HARMONY and ICP, I dont see very many people buying tickets to see Kotton Mouth Kings and all of a sudden discovering Tech. I know I got my Hallowicked ticket just to see Tech N9ne and Bone Thugs, and anyone else was just time I spent standin around.

Have you every listened to KMK's, they don't try and act hard at all, they never say anything about nigga's or the ghetto. All they have is tight ass rhymes and speak about smokin the herb, nothin wrong with that. I think the KMK Tech collabo will be one of the tightest in my lifetime. :) Everyone needs to quit hating on them, they might be one of the main reasons bud gets legalized here in the future, hopefully..
yess i heard em they are waaay too high in my opinion they suxk much ass... clown ass at that so fuck it they jus have "cool" lookin CD covers i wasn't say that they do try 2 rap hard im sayin they dont and it sucx... it aint about rappin hard its about rappin good ... i listen alotta hip hip that aint about bein hard thats not what makes shit tight, its content ...i've seen rawer content on a box of honey comb nutritional facts label ...they sum fuckin jokes... wit them kiddie ass raps they dont deserve tech n9nes greatness on there tracx it seems like a waste of a good tech verse IMO... :cheeky:

but from Techs Point of view he prolly figures... fuckit i got payed ...

although Tech, himself, might not agree with what im bout to say,
to me it's always been that an artist doesnt owe shit to his fans [other than not being too drunk/fucked up at shows that fans have paid for] so who the fuck are we to bitch about possible features on everready the religion? knowwhatimean, if you dont like it skip the fuckin song. if you bought an artist's cd in the past and supported him, that's good, but that has nothing to do with what the artist's possible decision on guests, appearance, music style in the future. that's why a lot of people hate metallica, because they changed totally. but to me it's like, an artists just has to do what he wants to do and not be thinkin about what the fans that bought the last album will think. fuck it all and no regrets. you cant be a slave to an image that fans have associated you with in the past. that's why i respect metallica, although i might not like the music they're makin as much as i liked the hard hittin straightforward metal that they put out before

EDIT: to be a sneaky bastard i'll steal a line from nick's post hahah

"I MAKE MY MUSIC FOR MY MOTHERFUCKING SELF"

that sums it up good

Or "fuck it, they family"

Nobody is pushing you to buy a KMK cd......or any cd Tech is featured on for that matter. I dont understand why you guys are so upset about this that you gotta take shots at the Kings. They aren't your style of music. Leave the shit alone then. AND HAHAHAHA@ 'waste of a good tech verse'.....you haven't even heard the song....he could be rapping about lincoln logs and eggo waffles for all you know. Not every verse he spits is "tight as fuck". Cease from putting him on such a high pedestal.

very true. any publicity/exposure for Tech is good publicity/exposure because it's not like he's a shitty rapper or anything!? he can back himself up with his skills.

J-sinna, I can't wait to see Crooked I get all the respect he deserves. FUCK Death Row for keeping him down before.
