I noticed that Texas has a different style than the other dirty south stuff in N.O., ATL, MISS. Is there some kind of hatred or dislikes between the states? Personally I'd much rather bump Texas shit. I still like Outkast and Ludacris. I think they're tight.

I like cham but ya cant really compare him to Bun B. Bun been putting it down for 12 years now, Cham is still a new booty in the rap game.

As for Texas rap, ive always felt it more than other southern rap. H-town have always had thier own style, I like how the emphasis has always been on skills and freestyling. Its good to see people like Flip and Mike Jones blow up, its too bad they're watering down the h-town sound with a mainstream friendly sound.

Master P put the south on the map and opened the door for everybody out the south to do their thing. So he's the king. Done deal, now close the thread.
Heres the three canidates on some real shit. Don't forget about Uncle Luke bc he the one who really opened the door for the south. He from M.I.A and he was on top in the 80's.

SCARFACE IS THE KING. HE & THE GETO BOYS OPENED A LOT OF DOORS FOR SOUTHERN RAP. AIN'T NO OTHER. ALSO BUN-B, WHO'S BEEN PUTTIN IT DOWN FOR AT LEAST 15 YEARS AND IS SILL DOESN'T RECIEVE THE PROPS HE RIGHTFULLY DESERVES.
