Kinders mmm mmmmmmmm I know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow!
Bring me a ball tip (one that's NOT attached to your body in any way) sammich with some of them gooooood ass BBQ beans! Sharing is caring, DFresh!

kinders got it down , the one in martinez sucks but the one over in concord across the street from the drive in movies is on point . .... that bbq beef sammich w/ onions is SO fucking good .
That's because the Solano Ave one is the original. But there is no way any Kinders could suck.

and for the don't knows

I don’t normally put bbq sauce on steaks (or anything for that matter), but every once in a while I get that craving. When the BBQ sauce burns into the fat, and it results in a flavor explosion of melting fat on my tongue.

I meant slow cooking it. What's up with that?

Steak is high temp quick cooking.

I season my steak with kosher salt, smoked paprika, black peper, basil, one or two allspice, and a very little bit of cumin, but that's different than a rub.

Marinades for steaks are for cheap cuts like chuck steaks. Not a T-Bone though.
