He chooses what he wants to do, since..like most good artists, they make music because THEY want to make it..or THEY enjoy doing it. Not everything revolves around fans. If he wants to take shit into a different direction...so be it.

did u ever stop and think that Tech N9ne couldnt afford those type of beats back then and now that he has more bread he can finally get the shit he wants. as long as his rhymes dont become commercialized and they havent so far, then he's straight. and if you really felt this way then why come in here under like 3 names n shit? i mean yeah maybe to fuck with ppl but is ur life that empty you go on a forum of a rapper u used to like to fuck with ppl? i honestly feel sorry for you dude. i can see why u mad at life cause u dont got one and it's the grass is greener effect.

I find the irony here amusing. Either way, i think as his hard core fan base a majority of us have noticed a shift in his music. Now to say that you dont feel his new stuff, makes me question you're "So called understanding" of tech and the music he produces. The man still makes wonderful music. So if you dont "enjoy" his music in its entirety as you once did, realise, no one is forcing you to listen to it. If the case just happens to be (and i think this applies to most of the haters here) That you in fact DO STILL enjoy the music, you just wish it hadnt changed, get over it and open your minds as you once had.
