The Republican Party assigned the same Free Speech Zone when they held their convention in San Diego and both parties do the same thing when they hold their major conferences. It's unfair to title this thready Kerry did this or that. By the way, doesn't the same thing happen when the IMF holds their conferences in the U.S.? It's not just the political crooks that practice this brand of democracy/free speech.
