Kenwood deck question... need help

Wow that sucks dude. Sounds like you're gonna need to contact Kenwood.

Sorry but I hate to break it to you that Kenwood is nothing more then a visually pleasing deck. Alpine and Eclipse are where it's at....

I had an Eclipse in the Camaro & that fucker got replaced twice & I gave up lol

Sorry bro, just in my experiences Kenwood is good for nothing but graphics. Eclipse usually puts out the most volts and is usually reliable. Sorry for your bad expieriences. Good luck getting that Kenwood in shape.

eh man, kenwood would should have some master code or a way to reset. if you give em the info on the deck they should be able to help out.

For the blackberry it is just looking for you to put a code in it can be anything, then when it tries to connect it the other device (headunit) should ask for that code. It is just so someone can't connect to your stuff without you knowing I guess. I would contact Kenwood about the deck to see what they could do, good luck.

KCAR - This seems to be a "backdoor" to some Kenwood models.
3051 - This is the security code which is printed in the manual of many Kenwood models.
