DAMN MUTHAFUCKIN HORSE DIED ON THE TRACK
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (May 3) - Big Brown won the Kentucky Derby on Saturday, living up to his status as the pre-race favorite.
Filly Eight Belles was second, but she broke down as the 20-horse field galloped out past the finish line.
She was later euthanized on the track.
The field of 20 horses was galloping out around the first turn at Churchill Downs when Eight Belles suddenly went down on both front legs and jockey Gabriel Saez slid off.
An equine ambulance reached her on the track and put Eight Belles down.
"There was no possible way to save her," on-call veterinarian Dr. Larry Bramlage said. "She broke both front ankles. That's a bad injury."

Too bad for that one horse that got put down.
Yea I saw it. BIG BROWN is on that "whitney". That horse was acting crazy b4 the race and after he smoked all the other horses, he was acting crazy afterwards. Did MARIAN JONES supply the horse with some of that "energy boost??? ha ha ha

Do you know the ins and outs of horse racing? The difference between philly's, mares and thuroghbreds...Or are phillys and mares thuroghbreds..IM confused.....I tried to google and didnt have much luck.....What are the age lilmits....Can a 2 year old philly race agianst 5 year olds? Or do they have to race agianst horses their age......? Any info....
