but you need to learn to read. he didn't shoot him because he ran from the police. they shot him because they believed he was possibly armed, was resisting orders, and made a movement to his waist band. All that adds up to you shoot or possibly get shot.
Also, he's 15. hes not 9. he's old enough to understand consequences, yet he decided to do what he did. Age is not a factor in this case

No, i did it because half of these middle school drop outs are screaming fuck the police without reading or knowing the full story. And it's not some kid walking down the street getting shot for no reason. it was a kid hanging out at a drug spot with a gun who decided to run from cops and then resist orders. Way to try and turn it around.
