KCMO rap question, not Tech (Tay Diggs)

Tay Diggs (Black Top Records) Does anyone know anything about this rap artist? He is out of KC, but I had never heard of him. His album is titled, Underworld. Album features among others, Rich the Factor and S2theB. Thanks for the help!
