^^Thanks playa. I've asked @ 2 and no one has seen one either. I just thought there might be 'cause of the fact there's a cover 4 it (at least Kaz has one posted on his MySpace). I even sent Kaz a message about that but no response.

i bought my "hard copy" cd at Rasputin for $7. has no jewel case, just comes with a flyer-type cover in a plastic sleeve.
