i can still see a video for this song in my head everytime i hear it, which is quite a lot actually.

kaliko up on stage rockin out with multiple colored stage lights moving to the beat of the song, slow fading camera angles from all sides of the stage meanwhile tech is slowly walking down the streets of KC (not sure what streets since i never been there) in black and white. then when techs verse comes in, he's still walking down the streets but it turns to color and his walk speeds up up to the flow of the verse.

too bad that prolly will never get made

i think the song is nice.
hell, by the sounds of it you could almost say kaliko and the gang do it better than your regular pop rock group. although the guitars could be a lil more raw. sounds like the guitarist is fallin a sleep playing those power chords

i was just hopin that it woulda been something harder with not so much melody and pop elements. so it woulda been more rhythmic and would have given tech a new dimension to develop some hard core crazy shit. but beggars cant' be choosers, i guess

anyway, based on that song i hope (and i'm sure they will) strange will market it to the right audience. based on that song you couldnt market that to an audience of Korn, System, or Slipknot. (not even mentioning some of the heavier acts.) it just wouldnt go over right.
this is more for the 3 doors down crowd. again, only basing this on that one song. and to me Kaliko comes across more convincing than almost all of those other shits you hear on radio

they should redo it and have the guitarist shred the fuck out of it in a solo, hell i bet navarro would do it if the price was right given the songs he's played on (puffy, mariah carey), and i could have definitely seen this song being used in a movie like the departed

When Tech and Kalico go LIVE ON TOUR with this KABOSH project, I'd love to see them with a LIVE BAND while still doing the head banging, pop lockin', etc. I could really see WWE and TNA using KABOSH's music for their ppv's and promo spots!
